TAPE CONVERTING - CONTRACT SLITTING - SLIT-REWIND

SKDirect have invested heavily in the latest slitting and rewinding equipment for self-adhesive materials. Whilst we convert our own double sided tapes, we have capacity to convert free-issue materials. Your materials are treated with the upmost care and respect and products finished and packed to the highest standards.

Double sided tapes We can convert log rolls to slit rolls of transfer, PP, PET, Tissue and PVC based tapes. Jumbos can be wound to any length on 3inch or 1.5inch cores, slit/rewound and lathe cut. Minimum slitting width 4mm (lathe).

Foam tapes and foam materials. We can wind, slit/rewind and slit foam materials, adhesive single sided, double sided or none-adhesive up to 500mm diameter on 3inch or 1.5inch cores.

Labelstock. We can slit-rewind laminates to up to 500mm diameter, 3inch core.

Trials are conducted free of charge and can be done in your presence.
